The County Administrator is responsible for managing the affairs of the county and coordinating the activities and operations of the various county departments and agencies, as directed by the County Board. In addition, this position serves as the statutory clerk of the County Board, performing all tasks as assigned, and oversees Human Resources. The County Administrator also serves as the executive secretary of the Goodhue County Economic Development Authority.
