Appointment of County Surveyor & County Recorder

At the December 3, 2024, County Board Meeting, Board Chair Todd Greseth administered the oaths of office for County Surveyor and County Recorder to Jeffrey Ekblad. Jeff has been with the County Surveyor’s Office since 2000 and has served as the licensed Deputy Surveyor since 2009. Professionally qualified and highly experienced, he has been fulfilling the interim duties of County Surveyor and County Recorder since June 1, 2024. Congratulations, Jeff, on this well-deserved achievement!
