Families with low incomes experiencing household emergencies may qualify for this cash-grant program. It's called Emergency Assistance.
The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) is a program which is administered by Three Rivers Community Action. This program helps with paying of heating/energy bills and ensures that households with the lowest incomes and the highest energy costs receive the greatest benefit.
