Autism Navigation Tool
DHS (Department of Human Services) has developed an Autism Navigation Tool. This tool reviews the medical and educational systems, screening and assessment options, healthcare coverage, crisis assistance and the EIDBI (Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention) pathway.
Autism Resource Portal
Minnesota has its own Autism Resource Portal. This portal has an abundance of resource links in it along with information on diagnosis, screening, research, governmental programs, technology, advocacy, legal, and safety.
Minnesota Disability Law Center
The Minnesota Disability Law Center can assist individuals with disability. They assist with denials of Social Security benefits as well.

A provider database that lists who provides services in Minnesota and in what area of the state.
ARC of Minnesota
ARC of Minnesota provides advocacy and support to individuals with disabilities. They have some grant opportunities as well.
PACER Center
PACER Center provides advocacy and resources for children with disabilities. PACER will assist with navigation and advocacy between families and the school district when needed.
Disability Hub MN
Disability Hub MN is an online resource for families. Information about social security, guardianship, PCA and waiver access are included. Information about the State Medical Review Team (SMRT) to be certified disabled through the state can be found on the Disability Hub.
Help Me Grow
Help Me Grow provides resources for families to understand how their child grows and develops and if they are hitting milestones. Help Me Grow completes comprehensive screenings. If additional screening is necessary, Help Me Grow will assist in making those referrals.
Covill Family Center
Covill Family Center provides Early Childhood screening, Head Start, parenting resources, ECSE, and preschool.

MN Autism Center has many locations across the state including Red Wing. They offer EIDBI services. They will complete assessments, diagnoses, and have therapy for both in-center and at home.
River City Therapy Center | 651-360-3202
River City Therapy Center is located in Red Wing and provides EIDBI services. They complete assessments and have therapy options in-center in Red Wing. They also offer Family Skills Training and Support for caregivers, siblings, parents and other family members.
Nolan’s Place | 320-403-5247
Nolan’s Place is located in Rochester and provides EIDBI services. They complete assessments and have in-home ABA therapy options within 30 miles of Rochester. They also offer Family Skills Training.

Fraser is located in the metro area. They provide assessments, diagnosis, and services for those with autism.

Autism Society of Minnesota provides resources, events, education, camp options, and therapy options.
Family Support Grant (FSG) Program
Family Support Grant (FSG) Program is a once a year grant to children up to age 25 who have been certified disabled to access services and supports. Grants are up to $3113.99 per year.
