EducationGoodhue County Health and Human Services has trained nurses available to assist with car seat education.
Car seats are available to members of South County Health Alliance and Blue Plus managed care plans. If you are in need of a car seat and are not able to afford one, please contact Goodhue County Health and Human Services to place a referral and see if you are eligible to receive a car seat.
