We are pleased to present the 2025 Goodhue County Community Health Needs Assessment, which is the result of a collaborative community effort led by Goodhue County Health and Human Services; Mayo Clinic Health System in Cannon Falls, Lake City and Red Wing; United Way of Goodhue Wabasha and Pierce Counties; and Three Rivers Community Action. It is a core function of public health, as well as a state mandated responsibility and national accreditation standard, to conduct a community health assessment at least every 5 years. The report provides the general public and policy leaders with information on the health of our county's population. The mission of the Community Health Assessment Committee sums up our ongoing role and purpose. Our mission is to identify health disparities and top health issues for Goodhue County and implement and evaluate strategies, policies, and programs.
