A portion of Goodhue County Byllesby Park will be closed over the next few weeks due to a construction project. The closure will include posted trail segments in the northwestern part of the park, the day-use boat slips, the fishing pier, the western non-swimming beach, and the adjacent park grounds.
The beach at Byllesby Park is closed for the season due to high levels of E. coli. Other park amenities remain open.
The Byllesby Dam Shelter at Byllesby Park is located close to the dam and Mill Towns State Trail connection, and is not currently reservable. This shelter may be utilized on a first come, first served basis.
