Master control is the nerve center of the facility. The officer posted in this area is responsible for monitoring all safety and security systems; they control all of the doors, intercoms, cameras and utilities and can take control of all security computer systems whenever needed. They monitor all persons entering and exiting the facility and track all movement of visitors, detainees and staff. They make all emergency contacts with outside resources (ambulance, fire etc) and are the receiving point for all incoming calls and visitors.
Unit A is part of the Special Management Area (Female Unit).

- Manned by two detention deputies, one in the control room and one roving the units; the control room post controls all doors and security systems within the special management area but can be taken over by master control
Unit B is part of the Special Management Area (Administrative Segregation).

- Used as administrative segregation for detainees with special needs, high profile cases, or special medical needs are housed here
Unit C is part of the Special Management Area (Work Release and Sentence to Serve).

- Detainees housed per classification which determines time out of cell
- 72 hours from adminision classification observation period
- Houses work release detainees, detainees performing sentence to service and detainees who are serving weekend sentences
- Non-metal tables and chairs
- Part of the special management unit and because most detainees housed here are out of the facility much of the time it is not directly supervised

- Rooms are on upper and lower levels
Unit D is part of the Special Management Area (Segregation).

Video visiting is available for detainees. Visitors can choose to visit online while at home, or come to the Law Enforcement Center to use a visitation terminal.
