Notice of Reassessment

The Goodhue County Assessor’s Office will be performing on-site reassessments of properties in 2024. This is for the 2025 assessment for property taxes payable in 2026 in the following areas:
- City of Red Wing
- Belle Creek Township
- Vasa Township
- Welch Township
The appraisal staff will knock on your door and leave their business card if property owner is unavailable. Appraiser will be updating photos and verifying measurements in the above-mentioned areas in 2024 for the 2025 assessment.
