Notice of Reassessment

The Goodhue County Assessor’s Office will be performing on-site reassessments of properties in 2025. This is for the 2026 assessment for property taxes payable in 2027 in the following areas:
- Welch Twp
- Vasa Twp
- Belle Creek Twp
- Cannon Falls Twp
- Stanton Twp
- Cannon Falls City
- Dennison
The appraisal staff will knock on your door and leave their business card if property owner is unavailable. Appraiser will be updating photos and verifying measurements in the above-mentioned areas in 2025 for the 2026 assessment.
