Goodhue County is currently not accepting cannabis retail registrations.
Anyone who engages in the retail sale of cannabis, hemp, cannabis derived products, or hemp derived products within Goodhue County must first obtain a license from the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM), and then obtain a Retail Registration from the County.
OCM, through Chapter 342, is tasked with establishing rules and policy and exercising its regulatory authority over the Minnesota cannabis industry. In its duties, OCM is mandated to:
